Working Principle:
The Burner Beam Vertical Lime Kiln features a single-shaft vertical structure with specially designed water-cooled burner beams installed at multiple levels. The kiln is divided into three functional zones:
Preheating Zone: Limestone descends from the top, preheated by rising hot gases from the calcination zone
Calcining Zone: Burner beams inject fuel and air through multiple nozzles, providing uniform heat distribution across the entire kiln cross-section
Cooling Zone: Calcined lime is cooled by rising air before discharge
The patented ridge-type beam design and reverse layout calcination ensure optimal heat transfer and complete, uniform calcination throughout the kiln.
