This is a magnesium plant project constructed by HBMER in Wenxi County, Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province. The facility employs vertical reduction furnace technology and is designed with an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons of magnesium. The project encompassed comprehensive services ranging from mine assessment and market research to electrostatic precipitator (ESP) system design. Dolomite (CaO 34%, MgO 20.5%) serves as the primary raw material, while pulverized coal or coal gas can be utilized as fuel, with ferrosilicon at a grade of 75#. The total construction period was 16 months, with an investment of 0.2 billion CNY.
