We are proud to announce the successful design and construction of an industry-leading preheater rotary kiln system in Karaganda, Kazakhstan. This milestone once again demonstrates HBMER’s engineering excellence and full EPCO (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Operation) project execution capabilities in the global lime calcination sector.

The project features a core production capacity of 2×600 tons per day, incorporating HBMER’s proprietary 3rd Generation High-Efficiency Vertical Preheater and low-NOx burner technology, achieving outstanding thermal exchange performance and low-carbon environmental operation. Our integrated, one-stop service covered the entire value chain — from initial raw material analysis (limestone composition: CaO 52.8%, Si 1.2%, MgO 0.8%; fuel: pulverized coal), mine evaluation, and market research, all the way through to the stable production of high-quality lime products. Completed within an 8-month construction period, the project occupies a footprint of 50×100 meters and represents a total investment of approximately 80 million CNY, underscoring HBMER’s exceptional project integration and cost-control capabilities.
