BE for India 6×500 tpd Twin-Shaft PFR Kiln  Project

Sept 2026, our company successfully completed the BE for the India 6×500 tpd twin-shaft PFR kiln (heat exchanger tech) project. The project plans to build 6*500 tpd twin-shaft parallel flow regenerative (PFR) lime kilns, adopting advanced heat exchanger technology, mainly targeting the production of high-quality lime/dolime and hydrated lime/dolime.

During the preliminary design stage, our technical team systematically optimized key aspects including kiln shell structure, heat exchange system, combustion system, refractory materials, process control, automation, and utilities, based on local raw material conditions, fuel schemes, environmental requirements, and customer product objectives in India. The twin-shaft PFR kiln technology features parallel flow calcination, regenerative heat exchange, low energy consumption, high lime reactivity, stable operation, and controllable emissions, enabling customers to build efficient, green, and intelligent lime/dolomite processing lines.

The completion of the preliminary design marks the project’s entry into a new stage of detailed design and supply scope confirmation.
