Sept 2026, the spiral discharger for the 300,000 tpy rotary hearth furnace project, manufactured by our company, has completed all in-plant assembly, inspection and performance tests. All technical parameters meet design requirements, and the equipment is officially ready for shipment.

As the core discharging equipment of the 300,000 tpy rotary hearth furnace, the spiral discharger is responsible for continuous and stable discharge of reduced metallic pellets. Its operational stability directly determines the availability of the whole RHF production line. Leveraging the in-depth cooperation between the HBMER team and SW, the first domestic owner of core RHF technology, together with EPCO project experience accumulated from multiple generations of RHF projects ranging from 80,000 tpy to 300,000 tpy, our team strictly controls the whole process including structural design, material selection, fabrication and factory acceptance test to guarantee equipment reliability and long-term maintainability.

The readiness of this core equipment for shipment marks the successful completion of the equipment manufacturing milestone of the 300,000 tpy RHF project, laying a solid foundation for subsequent on-site erection, commissioning and project startup. The project team will continue to arrange equipment delivery and on-site technical services to ensure smooth implementation throughout the whole project lifecycle.
