Following the official signing of the Shanxi Bada Metal Magnesium project upgrade, our company has once again secured a major contract in the metal magnesium energy-saving upgrade sector. Recently, we officially signed an upgrading and renovation contract with Xinjiang Banchao Group Shengmei Magnesium Co., Ltd. , providing comprehensive energy-saving technology upgrades and process optimization services.

The upgrade covers multiple core areas: systematic upgrading of the 3.6×54m rotary kiln preheater, cooler, and burner; upgrading of the regenerative burners for reduction furnaces; and systematic adjustment and optimization of the reduction process. Through these comprehensive improvements, the overall plant energy consumption is expected to be reduced by 15% to 20%, significantly lowering operating costs and enhancing market competitiveness.

Xinjiang Banchao Group is a major player in China's magnesium-based new materials sector, with subsidiaries including Hami Shengmei Magnesium Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Banchao Magnesium Co., Ltd., and has established an annual production capacity of 1.2 million tons of clean carbon, 600,000 tons of coke, and 20,000 tons of magnesium. This upgrading project represents a critical step in Banchao Group's strategy to advance its integrated magnesium-based new materials circular economy initiative.
