1、Integrated Material Handling Layout: Fuel storage, conveying, screening, and weighing are consolidated within a single structure—creating a streamlined, space-efficient configuration that simplifies operational oversight and enhances workflow coordination.
2、Combined Ore & Coke Conveying: By integrating the ore and coke transport systems into a unified feeding line, the process architecture is simplified, reducing duplication of equipment and lowering capital expenditure.
3、Direct Belt Conveyor Charging: Elimination of intermediate transfer stations allows direct feeding to the furnace top. This reduces material handling stages, minimizes degradation and fines generation, and improves overall fuel efficiency.
4、Optimized Burden Management: Incorporates sinter and coke screening prior to furnace entry, along with recovery systems for nut coke and small ore—maximizing resource utilization and maintaining stable furnace permeability.

BF Gas Dry Dedust Technology
HBMER has independently developed an advanced dry dedusting system for blast furnace gas cleaning. This proprietary technology reduces dust content in the clean gas to below 5 mg/Nm³, delivering superior gas quality with higher calorific value that effectively raises the theoretical combustion temperature in hot stoves. Compared to conventional wet dedusting methods, the system increases TRT power generation by 35–40% while achieving significant water and energy savings. The dry process also offers substantial environmental benefits, reduces engineering footprint, and lowers construction investment.
Technical Characteristics:
1. The whole process simulation analysis and design;
2. The high temperature adjustment, suitable for blast furnace top temperature of 50-350°C, the instantaneous temperature 500°C (less than 30 minutes) condition;
3. The high efficient and low dust conveying;
