- Flexible Transmission Conveyor System: Adopting suspended installation and flexible support design, it is compatible with sintering machines of various specifications, meeting the requirements of deviation control. It features large transmission torque, compact structure, low cost and small floor space, solving the problems of large occupied area and high maintenance cost of traditional transmission systems.

- Widened Sintering Machine Carriage: This patented technology significantly reduces air leakage at the side walls of the carriage. During the sintering process, the inhaled air flow forms a sintered state of sintering raw materials on the side walls of the carriage, improving the edge sintering effect. Consequently, it achieves reduced sintering, increased equipment productivity and lower energy consumption. By adopting the widening technology, the sintering area can be increased by 10%, the sintering output can be increased by about 5-12%, the air consumption per ton of ore can be reduced by about 5-10%, and the unit energy consumption and coal consumption can be effectively reduced.

- Widened Trolley for Circular Cooler: On the premise of retaining the corrugated pipe, frame, rotating frame and car body of the circular cooler, the trolley is widened to improve the loading capacity and operation efficiency of the circular cooler, reduce material leakage at the edge, make full use of the cooling time, and effectively increase the unit output of the circular cooler without increasing additional equipment investment.

- Optimized Design of Sintering Machine Structure & Sealed Circular Cooler: 
The optimized structure of the sintering machine enhances operational stability and reduces equipment failure rate; the sealed circular cooler minimizes heat loss and air leakage, further improving energy utilization efficiency and environmental protection performance.

- Automatic Slot Leveling & Automatic Ignition Temperature Control Technology: 
The intelligent control technology realizes automatic leveling of slots and precise control of ignition temperature, avoiding manual operation errors, ensuring uniform sintering quality, reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency.
