Efficient Construction and Stable Operations Drive Low-Carbon Transition

The RHF reduced iron production line was officially completed and put into operation in 2023, achieving full-process stable operations within just one year from planning to commissioning. As a core component of the group’s ironmaking process chain, the production line adopts globally advanced direct reduced iron (DRI) technology, efficiently utilizing metallurgical solid waste such as iron-containing dust and sludge. With an annual output of 200,000 tons of high-quality reduced iron, it significantly reduces carbon emissions and energy consumption compared to traditional blast furnace processes, setting a benchmark for the green transformation of the steel industry.

Technological Highlights and Global Collaboration Opportunities

Project leaders highlighted that the production line integrates intelligent control systems and circular process design, ensuring top-tier production efficiency and resource utilization."Through RHF technology, we have achieved 'zero discharge' of metallurgical solid waste while supplying high-quality, low-carbon raw materials for steelmaking," they stated. The open-day event will focus on demonstrating technological achievements and exploring collaboration models with international clients to jointly advance the sustainable development of the global steel industry chain.
